Once we receive payment AND your completed membership form, you will have continued access to the S2MQG website AND the National MQG website through December 2026.

- Print PDF membership form (PDF form)
- Pay Dues for 2026 (Options)
- Pay $50 by cash or check made out to S2MQG and print the PDF membership form.
- Mail the check to Mary, remember to complete both parts or
- Pay by cash, in-person at a meeting, bring completed PDF with you.
- If paying by Pay Pal or credit card, dues are $52 including fees. Use the Google form link (above).
